Vibe coded GlobalRad to bring tele-radiology to low cost environments. The shortage of radiologists, MRI, and Xray machines will be acutely felt in this decade in the developing world. Africa sits at a median of <.2 MWH/capita annum and has 1-2 radiologists per 100k people. Similar ratios are arriving in East Asia with the aging population growing. The only way to fix the gap is good PACS - medical image viewing technology and tele-radiology. This won't make billions, but it is a necessity.
